5 Tips To Quiet The Mind

In an interview of the most successful people, one thing became clear: 


Naturally, being a classically "bad" meditator, I had to see how I could improve. 

Here's my top 5 Tips on How To Quiet Your Mind (with my routine in brackets): 

  1. Same Time (AM)
  2. Same Place (spare bedroom)
  3. Same App (Waking Up)
  4. Same Seat (see below)
  5. Same Rule (no getting up)

Now these may seem super simple, but that's just it. 

They are simple, and they work! 

It takes routine and consistency to build something,
