5 Tips To Quiet The Mind
In an interview of the most successful people, one thing became clear:
NEARLY ALL OF THEM MEDITATE.
Naturally, being a classically "bad" meditator, I had to see how I could improve.
Here's my top 5 Tips on How To Quiet Your Mind (with my routine in brackets):
- Same Time (AM)
- Same Place (spare bedroom)
- Same App (Waking Up)
- Same Seat (see below)
- Same Rule (no getting up)
Now these may seem super simple, but that's just it.
They are simple, and they work!
