6 Evidence Based Actions To Have Yourself A Miracle Morning

Whew, after some great feedback, I am recapping our morning series with the big 6. 

Folks, if you do just 3 to 4 out of 6 of these every morning, your life satisfaction is going to IMPROVE! 

(We might even do a challenge on this later!)

  1. Silence (Meditate, or Just Quiet)
  2. Affirmations (Even saying "I am Enough" and meaning it is perfect)
  3. Visualisation (Pick 3 things you want in life and see that dream coming true).
  4. Exercise (50 jumping jacks)
  5. Reading (5 pages is all you need)
  6. Scribing (write 3 things you are grateful for) 

That's it. This can be as long or as short as you like. 

Your morning... transformed! 


PS: It doesn't have to be super elaborate or difficult. 

PPS: Down 1 large glass of water before you start to re-hydrate yourself.
