Everyone Says "Drink More Water" - But How Much More?

Humans are made up of 60% water. 

We hear it all the time, "drink more water," but how much more water? 

And more importantly... why?

Keep your battery charged by drinking this much water: 

  1. Take your body weight (in lbs) and drink exactly half of that much water (in ounces). 

(Use Google to translate lbs --> kg and then ounces --> ml's)

Example: If you weight 60kg (132 lbs), one-half of that is 66 ounces (1.9 litres per day). 


That's just 3 water bottles worth in a day (650ml's water).
