Talking To Yourself is A Secret

In the book "The Miracle Morning", Hal Elrod describes 6 "best practices" to wake up feeling incredible.

By having a consistent morning practice, you can prime yourself to have a great morning, every morning!
We talked last week about ways to wake up in SILENCE!
After silence, is affirmations: Yes, that means talking to yourself.
1. Affirmations
What do you really want? Say it out loud!
Here's what you could say:
I know that where I am in my life, now, is both temporary and exactly where I need to be to learn what I must learn, so that I can become the person I need to be to create the life I truly want. Even when life is difficult—especially when life is difficult—the present moment is always an opportunity for me to learn, grow, and become better than I've ever been before.

Now, say it like you mean it! That's the key!
