I adore my new acupressure mat and pillow bundle. It did take me a few nights to adjust to the mat but it took me no time at all to adjust to the better sleeps I had. I would thoroughly recommend. I am so pleased with the quality that I am just about to purchase the yoga mat!

As a long term back and hip pain sufferer I will give anything a try that can aleviate discomfort. Once you're in the right position it's so easy to relax into the sensation! It's like getting into a bath that's too hot; bit stingy immediately but relaxing as soon as you're all on and comfy! I'm looking forward to seeing any long term benefits using my mat. My only downside is that as a tall person, I feel that the mat could be abit longer, I can't imprint my lower back and shoulder blades at the same time

Great texture to the mat and my warm hands and feet did not slip at all - a huge plus and what I was looking for.

Love this mat! It is so well made and the colour is beautiful, the quality is amazing! I was dubious at first, but after using for 10 minutes or so, I can feel the tension in my back and shoulders disappear! It's a little uncomfortable at first but stick with it. The only trouble is getting my husband off of it __

I've never used an acupressure mat or even anything similar before as I find it very difficult to switch off and relax. Well...I love it, I quite enjoy the spikines when I first get on and then the warmth and calm just takes over. As a side note, I had a slight issue with my mat this was rectified immediately and customer service was 5 star. Would definitely recommend. Amazing mat and fantastic company.

Not Great, Received refund on the mat I purchased due to not living on the mainland and was not given an option to actually pay for postage as postage was free on this item which is bad practice, Postage is not much different to mainland U.K. so I’m not sure what company is being used, This isn’t mentioned on their website or else I wouldn’t of placed the order in the first place, I will repurchase one from another supplier.

I bought this as a gift as I really want to share the benefits of acupressure mats. I already own a Pranamat and I was looking for something different of the same high standard but more affordable. Yoke really met my expectations of quality, being eco friendly and effective! The materials used have a really nice feel to them and seem like it will last a long time. After a lot of research I think this is the best value for money you can buy that rivals the top mats out there. Fantastic customer service, I encourage you support this brand! Looking forward to purchasing more bundles for my friends and family :)

I bought the mat and pillow to help with back and neck pain and boy it does! After doing extensive research and looking at pranamat I decided to go for the yoke wellness mat because I love the ethos of this company. The mat is very high quality and well made so is the handy carry bag, and the service was above and beyond, the item arrived within 2 days just before Christmas. I even got access to some free yoga sessions to do whilst using the mat and pillow. 10/10 from me for product and service well done guys.
