I'm not sure what areas the acupressure pressures but i know it feel goooood and I try not to fall asleep on it. It helps my back ache and my sleep

The acupressure mat and pillow is so well made. The green colour is beautiful. I’ve used it every day before bed without fail having suffered a slipped disc and this has helped enormously. Cured insomnia

None of my children have been “good sleepers” which has led me to suffering with insomnia as I’m constantly expecting 1 to wake up. My ongoing sleep deprivation has led to some reoccurring glandular infections and a constant inability to concentrate. I bought the mat to try and help restore my body but what I didn’t expect it to cure was my insomnia. I now do 20 mins on my mat before bed and I drift off to sleep within 15 mins (before it was taking around 3 hours). My sleep is deeper and I’m no longer waking up with achy joints and gritty eyes. I also don’t feel as stressed and my body feels calmer and I can concentrate. I notice the difference when I don’t use it.

Firstly, I did purchase this on amazon, however I wanted to leave a review here. The green acupressure mat set I bought is beautiful, well made, the mat is thick, everything is made using lovely quality and certain sustainable materials. The bag is brilliant it all comes in and the strap is an excellent length. So the product. Well I have chronic pain, I suffer every day and I sleep rubbish and unrefreshingly every single night. I wanted to try this mat out, because quite frankly, I will give anything a try. Firstly it is not akin to standing on lego! Ouch. BUT for me that feeling melted away within a minute or so. I felt calm and I spent my time on the mat doing some deep breathing. I started off with a thin t-shirt, but my pain threshold is quite high, so next time just went on it with a bare back and had no problems. Afterwards, the blood certainly did rush to the muscles etc as my back was warm and red, so it works. I felt comfortable! I have not felt comfortable in roughly 10 years. I also have had nights where I have slept SO well, this is a blessing, as again I have had 10 years worth of poor sleep due to my health. Would I recommend this product? A 1,000 times yes. I would. I have been using it as part of my daily wellness routine and it is a great piece of kit.

Pricey but cheaper than trips to the osteopath and acupuncturist

This might be under slightly on the expensive side than other brands, but a lot of thought and love has gone into the manufacturer of the product.This mat and pillow saved me after weeks turned into months of osteopathic treatments which only seemed to worsen my piriformis injury. A friend recommended a pranamat so I had a good dig around and look for the best ones and found this on here. You can't put a price on your health and well-being and this is very definitely worth every single penny.The first time I used it I felt so relaxed I literally fell asleep and I use it as a sleeping aid sometimes when I can't sleep because all the fine lotus points work on your meridian lines to help the energy of your body flow correctly.The downside is that yes the needles are sharp, so you need to take care and gently lay yourself down on the mat. You should feel tiny pins and needles as if you're going numb but you're not going numb. It just the opening up your meridian lines so that you can heal and function properly. Used as part of a exercise program with a sports injury specialist - I was back on my feet and walking after 7 months of being unable to.I still use this regularly when I get twinges and I use it 30 minutes before I do any exercises or warm ups for yoga or running and then I use it 30 minutes after I've done my training regime.Worth investing in you won't regret it.
